Card fronts and back, with some optional bits. Everything comes in an organized PSD so that you can easily change colors and place images. I'll update the files here if I make any add-ons or adjustments.

I've included CSV and TXT files for a sample setup in nanDECK if you just want to start mocking up cards fast.
